In YAP Ireland we believe that it’s very important for the voice of young people to be heard in every aspect of their service.
That is why we actively encourage young people to get involved in the YAP Ireland Recruitment and Selection process.
This involves training them young people on the recruitment process and interview techniques, and then inviting them to sit on interview panels for all posts to YAP Ireland.
