Youth Advocate Programmes Ireland provides intensive, needs led support services that work to improve the lives of young people and their families in their community:

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Payroll & Finance Assistant will be part of a Finance Team based in the YAP Head Office in Dublin with Remote/Hybrid working available and will have the opportunity to get exposure to finance, payroll, IT, health and safety and office admin responsibilities.

Essential Criteria:

Essential:

Experience using Microsoft Excel   

Experience of processing payroll

1+ years’ experience of working in an accounts / financial environment  

Desirable:

An understanding of debits & credits  

Experience with BrightPay, Sage 50 Online and MS Office products

Part-qualified Accountant, Accounts Technician and / or IPASS qualification (or studying towards qualifications)
