Have Your say – Compliments, Feedback & Complaints
At YAP Ireland we believe it is important that you have a say about how you feel the YAP Programme is working for you and to suggest any changes you think should be made.
Here are some of the ways you can provide feedback to YAP:
1. Directly to the Advocate providing the service or to the Team Leader or Service Manager.
2. By email to info@yapireland.ie.
3. By calling our Head Office on 01 8689180.
4. By completing an online feedback form
5. In writing to YAP Ireland, Director of Services, Lower Ground Floor Park House, 191-193a North Circular Road, Dublin 7
6. By providing feedback to the Quality Monitoring Officer.
As part of the programme a YAP Quality Officer will contact you and your parent/carer, by telephone during your time with us to find out what you think about the service.
Your Team Leader will ask you for a contact number and the times that it might suit you to speak to us. If we are unable to contact you by phone, we will send the questionnaire out in the post for you to complete or email a link to the online form.
The feedback you give us during these calls will help us to provide a better service to you and your family and to other families we work with.
