YAP Ireland Quality Call Feedback
YAP Ireland carries out quality calls and questionnaires with parents/carers, young people and referring agencies to evaluate their experience with the YAP service.
This Feedback is used to ensure that we continue doing what people think we do well, and to review and improve services and to respond to suggestions for change.
YAP will also sometime shares this feedback anonymously with our advocates and internal teams to show the impact their hard work creates. Feedback is an important component of monitoring the YAP programme and evaluating it’s continued effectiveness.
