Recently, Staff members of YAP Ireland and YAP Inc along with Young People and family members had a powerful and inspiring conversation with Dr. Lucy Michael as part of our International Women’s Day event for YAP‘s Global Youth Voices Initiative. 
 

We spoke about leadership, what it means to be a women in leadership and how we can lift each other up.  We heard how Dr. Lucy Michael is supporting and paving the way forward for the next generation of female leaders.
