It has been another incredible week for Participation around the country. Young People together with their Advocates turned up in their numbers to help create a Mural for the Training/Participation Room in YAP Head office in Park House on Monday April 10th.
The young people brought along their own drawings and designs which they created specifically for the mural. They then got to paint the designs onto boards which were then placed on the wall along the back of the Training/Participation room.
The project was a collaboration between YAP support staff Jennifer and Deirdre and the Art Therapists Rebecca and Natasha who share the office with the Dublin YAP staff. But the real stars on the day were the young people themselves. I’m sure you will agree the end product is fantastic!
