The Yap Galway participation group of 2017 focused on the objective that if you want to get your voice heard in services, then you have to educate yourself on those services and meet the people involved in them. This led to the young people going to Templemore Garda training college and also meeting with a member of Tusla. This project was then presented at the “Young People Speak Out – How Can I Bring About Change” event that took place in Croke Park on 17th August.
