Hi everyone, I hope you are well.  I want to thank you all for your ongoing commitment and support in providing services to children, young people and families throughout this difficult situation.  As you are aware, we are remaining in Level 5 restrictions until 5th March and it is important that we continue to ensure that we are following the HSE guidance and our policies and procedures.  Please discuss with your team leader who can advise on any practice issues that arise or any queries that you have.

I know that this is a hard time for many people, both staff and the families we work with and it is important that you are taking care of yourself, taking frequent breaks and speaking to your line manager regularly.  There are some positive signs on the horizon with special schools opening next week and the vaccine being rolled out and hopefully, we can soon start to look ahead to better times.
