This week our Staff Opinion Survey goes live! This survey was emailed to all advocates from our Human Resources team and is a really important aspect our our internal evaluation process. This survey is conducted each year to ask you your opinion of YAP Ireland in particular regarding your employment with us. The survey covers approximately 32 questions broken into four key areas such as; working in YAP, working relationships, supervision and performance, learning and development, etc. The survey will be live between 22nd February 2021 and 5th March 2021. It is really important to us that every matched Advocate completes this survey so that we can hear your voice and so that we have a high response rate to make this survey an accurate reflection of opinion and to ensure that we continue doing what we do well and to equally ensure we improve on areas that need to be improved.
