Well done to the parents in our Dublin parents participation group who have started exercise classes to learn some new tips for keeping fit!

We had a very busy day in the Dublin office on Tuesday 13th February. We had interviews for new Advocates and we also had training for young people who wish to be on these interview panels.

This year's YAP National Event on our theme of Mind Yourself, Mind Each Other - Young People Speak Out on Improving Mental Health and Wellbeing was held in Croke Park on Thursday 26th July 2018.
