YAP Ireland CLG will make no attempt to identify individual visitors, or to associate any technical details listed above with any individual.
In order to make a donation to YAP Ireland CLG, to register a query with YAP Ireland CLG, or to apply for a job you will be asked for information when you register with us. We will require, amongst other things your name, phone number and email address. In addition, when you make a donation on the website, we will also require your credit card number.
The information received from you will only be disclosed to such third parties as may be necessary, in order to process your donation. By registering with us and by your use of the site and acceptance of the terms and conditions of use you hereby authorise us to convey this information to suitable third parties with philanthropic, charitable and socially progressive aims.
We will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of information you give us. Agents or contractors of YAP Ireland CLG who have access to information you give us in the course of providing services to us are required to keep that information confidential and are not permitted to use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services which they are performing for us.

Data Access Requests
Person wishing to make a data access request should do so in writing (letter or email) to Director of Services YAP Ireland Lower Ground Floor 191-193a North Circular Road Dublin 7. This letter should include proof of identity. YAP Ireland will handle requests as follows
1. Acknowledge receipt of the request and action to be taken “without undue delay”, no more than 7 working days.
2. Verify that requester and the data subject are one and the same.
3. Where possible all requests will be handled within 1 month of receipt of the request.
4. The 1-month period may be extended by 2 further months, where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In this case, YAP Ireland will inform the requester of any extension within 1 month of receiving the request and explain the reasons for the delay.
5. Electronic requests will be responded to electronically and written requests will be responded to with paper records unless otherwise specified by requester.
We are entitled to charge you a fee for supplying you with copies of information which we hold.
If you choose to visit this site and use this site, your visit and use and any dispute arising therefrom in respect of privacy, is subject to this Privacy Statement and our Terms and Conditions of use including the limitations and the exclusions expressed and included therein.
This Privacy Statement will be the subject of change and the use of information that we gather shall be subject to the privacy notice in effect from time to time. It shall be your responsibility to check our website frequently to see recent changes.
