If you are shortlisted, depending on the volume of applications you may be invited to first stage interview. The first stage interview is conducted as a group discussion about young people and families in our society. You will be part of this discussion with other applicants, but you will not be competing against other applicants as we are recruiting for a panel of various types of people. Young people may be involved in the selection process. Suggested dates will have been listed on the Job Advert.
