Youth Advocate Programmes Ireland are recruiting for the following Team Leader posts

Full Time position in Cork – closing date 2nd June

Locum position in Cavan – closing date 16th June

Panel of Team Leaders to fill posts in 2025 Nationwide closing date 16th June

The Team Leader will manage the provision of direct services to clients and their families who are referred to the programme. You will manage a team of direct service staff (Advocates) and ensure that all clients receive an appropriate and high-quality service.

Youth Advocate Programmes Ireland provide unique intensive support programmes, using a strengths based, wrapround approach employing community based advocates leading to positive outcomes for young people and families. Essential Criteria:

Successful Candidates will have:

-Degree in Social Care or similar field

-Have at least 3 years of direct work with children and at least 2 years’ experience of managing and supervising staff/ volunteers in the social care sector.

-Full Clean Driver’s Licence and access to own transport.
